Hwang Seongmin Ansan's mainstay last season, and will continue to be for this season. Needs to marshal the defence more to reduce the amount of goals conceded late on and to improve upon a record of more than 1.5 goals conceded per game.
Hwang Injae Played a handful of Ansan's games last season, ceding on average, 1.3 goals per game.
Cha Gang Yet to make an appearance for Ansan.
Park Hansu Played in over half of Ansan's games last season, He stepped up to the second tier from Ulsan with relish, bagging 3 goals and an assist. As the sides most senior defender, expect him to be a big part of Ansan's back line this season. Can he add to his 3 National League titles with a K2 one for Ansan...
Song Jooho Another Ulsan veteran who put in some solid performances last season. Another expected defencive starter. He bagged a few goals for the Dolphins, so hopefully he'll break his Ansan duck this season.
Park Junhui The former Pohang man played in half of the games last season, chipping in with one goal. He will captain the side for 2018.
Lee Injae Yet another Ulsan carryover who bagged two goals last season and played in just under half of the games.
Oh Yunseok Was a mainstay for the 3x title 3rd tier title winning Ulsan team but has failed to maintain a regular starting place with the Greeners. Chipped in with an assist last season though.
Park Charnool 13 apearances last season.
Kang Taeuk Played a handful of games last season. He was primarily a sub in his Ulsan days, expect similar this season.
Seo Joonyeong Just a couple of appearances for the 22 year-old last season, both of which he was subbed off for.
Seo Jaebom The 24 year-old has yet to make an apparance for Ansan.
Son Giryeon The 22 year-old has yet to make an appearance for Ansan.
Lee Seunghwan Yet to make an appearance for Ansan.
Jang Hyeokjin One of the first names on the team sheet, Hyeokjin was an assist machine last season, setting up 13 goals, as well as bagging two himself. He worked his way into becoming an important player for Gangwon and was a real coup for Ansan last year. The 28 year-old was our pick for captain this season.
Yoo Yeonseung A mainstay in the midfield last season, chipping in with a goal and an assist. He has previously won the K2 with Daejon and the K3 with Ulsan.
Choung Hyunshik Another dolphin veteran who managed to win the K3 4 times with them. A mainstay last season, chipping in with a couple of assists.
Kim Byeongsuk A fan favourite by virtue of having had two spells for Ansan during the police franchise, Byeongsuk is the first, and possibly only player to feature, and score for Ansan in two forms. The 32 year-old's expereince was utilised a lot when he was brought in last season from Seoul E-land in the summer. He has a K2 runners-up medal for Ansan from the 2014 season, and has played in the K1 for Daejon.
Jeong Kyungho Another former dolphin, the expereinced diminutive midfielder who has plaued in the K1 for Sangju and Jeju, was a big part of stabilising Ansan last season, and the 31 year-old will be an important squad player this season.
Kim Myeongjae Looked decent when played last season, the 23 year-old former Gimhae will be looking to demonstrate his development in a higher division this season.
Jo Woo Jin Has been in around the top flight with Daegu and Gwangju, the midfielder's career has never really taken off. Ansan gave him the most gametime of his career last season, but we are yet to see a big return. Hopefully the 30 year-old seizes what might be his last chance.
Kim Minseong The 22 year-old put in some decent solid performances last season. Another player who will be looking for more involvement this season.
Shin Sunjin The 23 year-old has yet to make an appearance for Ansan.
Lee Daeho The 23 year-old signed from Sungkyunkwan University has yet to make an appearance for Ansan, though he has played in the FA Cup against Seongnam as a university player.
Raul Raul Andres Tarragona Lemos became a club legend last season, becoming the record Ansan goal scorer for a single season, with fifteen goals (and only the second striker after Ko Kyungmin to hit double digits), the second highest in the league. Without the Uruguayan, Ansan struggle, and keeping him fit is key to Ansan's aspirations this season.
Han Geongyeong A regular last season grabbing 3 goals and 1 assist mostly from a deeper position. He managed 13 goals for Ulsan in 2015. Can he recapture that form this season?
Kwak Seongchan Made less than a half-dozen appearances last season. He had a 1:4 goals to game ratio with Ulsan, which was not bad considering he was a rare starter. It does not look like his breaktrough is going to come with Ansan however.
Lee Minwoo A regular last season, the signing from Mokpo needs to contribute more than just wing play as he made just a solitary assist. He has an FA Cup medal with Seongnam from 2014.
Lee Geon 21 starts and no goals last season. He recently made two starts for the national side in the AFC U23 Championship in January, so expect the youngster to continue his development on the pitch.
Hong Deonghyun Joined from Busan I'Park in the summer after never managing to break into the first team there. Yet to impress.
Baka Bakhodier Nasimov is forever cemented in Ansan legend. The Uzbek was the first foreigner to score for Ansan, and the first goalscorer of the Greeners era. Only one more goal would follow however, despite being a regular for the side, and with him taking up a vital overseas player slot, this season is surely make or break. Nasimov has won the Russian Super Cup with Rubin Kazan, and the Azerbaijan Premier League on three occasions.
Hong Jaehoon The 21 year-old has yet to make an appearance for Ansan.
Rotkovic The Montenegran made just nine appearances last season, scoring one goal. He is rumoured to be leaving the club..
In Seku Conneh The 22 year-old Librerian Attacker is set to join from US second tier side Bethlehem Steel where he bagged ten goals last season.
    Park Jinseop 22 year-old midfielder
Jeong Kiwoon A local lad who scored 4 goals for Suwon in their 2016 promotion season before being sold to Gyeongju last season wherer he netted five goals in the K3. He has promised to score against our city rivals if he gets a chance against them.
Choi Myunghee The 27 year-old midfielder scored one goal for Changwon last season.
Choi Seongmin The 26 year-old was selected as part of the K3 best eleven in defence for Gimhae last season.
Kim Hyuntae
23 year-old midfielder signed from Jeonam Dragons.
Park Hyungmin 23 year-old goalkeeper brought in from Gwangju.
Out Ryu Hyeon-jin Moved to Busan Transport in the K3 last summer.
    Park Gyeong-ik ?
Yoo Hyeonkyu Out on loan at Gimhae last season - possible permanent move. He scored twice in 19 substitute appearance, making 1 start for the K3 club.
